Managed 30+ employees over $50 million pre-clinical R&D budget.

Improved pre-clinical and clinical-stage programs through supporting introduction and optimization of project management principles, program management of phase 1-4 clinical trials and IND, BLA, and biosimilar development and regulatory filing; collaborated and built buy-in with pre-clinical, clinical, commercial, medical affairs, regulatory, and external partnership staff; and performed a systematic assessment, proposed mitigation, and implemented improvements for the clinical supply chain process.

Enhanced Food and Drug Administration operations and drug review and approval processes through management and implementation of a decision support service in the Office of Program and Strategic Analysis, the first biosimilar biomarker database in the Office of Clinical Pharmacology, and the first biosimilar review template in the Office of Therapeutic Biologics and Biosimilars at the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research; developed and rolled out the first-ever environmental health and safety training curriculum and Agency-wide courses including Foundational Safety, Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control, Respiratory Protection, Introduction to Laboratory Safety, Controlled Substances, Opioid Exposure and Naloxone Use in the Office of Laboratory Safety at the Office of the Commissioner. Managed 17 employees across $1.5 million consulting budget. Received the FDA Commissioner’s Special Recognition Award and Safety Recognition Award for planning, development, and execution of the first FDA Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Training Program in 2019.
